Construction Jobs Winnipeg | Siding Installer
Constrcution Jobs Winnipeg | Del’s Exteriors is an exterior siding, soffit/fascia, stucco company, focused on new residential development in Winnipeg and surrounding areas. We foster an environment that is energetic and fast-paced while promoting the values of trust, honesty, integrity, and excellence.
As we kick off the season, we are looking to hire multiple experienced, ambitious, and dedicated full-time Siding Installers.
This position is right for you if you have Siding installation experience in residential large scale construction.
Responsibilities:
- Follow schedules to install Hardie Board, Siding, paper strapping, flashing, Blueskin, window and door trim, posts, beams, fascia, soffit, siding, and exterior insulation.
- Estimate time, material, equipment, and supplies needed for the project
- Operate hand/power tools, and other equipment relevant to exterior siding
- Capable of performing errands: carry/deliver materials, tools, and equipment, as assigned.
- Work with sub trades and other team members while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Adhere to safety policies, and safe work practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of industry experience
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Able to operate Scissor Lifts and Zoom Booms
- Ability to perform manual labor associated with the trade
- Ability to work at heights
- Driver’s license & transportation required – ability to pull a small trailer

Construction Jobs Winnipeg | Del’s Exteriors is looking for experienced Stucco Plasterers to join our team and contribute to high-quality stucco applications on residential and commercial projects.
We take pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and are seeking skilled professionals who can apply stucco efficiently, ensure smooth and durable finishes, and work collaboratively with our crews to complete projects on time and to the highest standards. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and experience in stucco application, we want to hear from you!
Experience:
- Hands-on experience working in construction
- Extensive knowledge in residential stucco or plastering
- Extremely reliable & dependable
- Ability to perform work safely
- Attention to detail
- Professional and positive attitude
- Demonstrate safety and superior cleanliness on-site
- Must have a valid driver’s licence & vehicle
Qualifications:
- Taping/polying exterior windows & doors
- Assisting plasterers and setting up scaffolding
- Carrying pails (80lbs) and pushing wheelbarrows
- Working safely in heights up to five stories
- Cleaning and preparing surfaces for applications of plaster, cement, stucco, or similar materials
- Curing freshly plastered surfaces
- Mixing mortar and plaster to desired consistency
- Following directions and communicating daily with management
